1C Analyst

We are looking for a 1C Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to manage internal IT projects and implement management accounting and budgeting. We are a company that specializes in providing water delivery services.

• •Implement management accounting and budgeting;
• •Manage internal IT projects from initial information gathering to full implementation in business processes;
• •Maintain project documentation, control deadlines and quality of execution;
• •Analyze current tasks and business needs, form technical specifications for in-house programmers;
• •Describe logic, architecture, and requirements for API for integration tasks;
• •Participate in testing and demonstrate the product to clients;
• •Write instructions for new system functionality, train users, and support projects after launch;
• •Design and model accounting processes (BPMN/UML).

• •Final salary will be discussed with the final candidate with the possibility of significant revision;
• •Schedule 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00;

• •Experience as an analyst or consultant in 1C for at least three years;
• •Technical education or advanced training courses in IT and 1C;
• •Experience with 1C Comprehensive Automation, modules for HR, Accounting, Production, Treasury, Budgeting, and Holding Management;
• •Experience working with BI systems;
• •Proficiency in Agile methodologies: SCRUM, Kanban;
• •Understanding and use of principles: SMART, MoSCoW, INVEST;
• •Ability for critical thinking and assessing the reliability of obtained data;
• •Knowledge of regulatory and methodological materials on accounting organization for commercial companies and reporting preparation, business processes;
• •High level of self-organization and responsibility.
