- •Experience as a 1C Developer with ZUP 3.x for over 4 years.
- •Deep understanding of HR and salary accounting: hiring, transfers, dismissals, schedules, time sheets, calculations, deductions, vacations, sick leaves, average earnings, personal income tax, and contributions.
- •Practical experience in customizing standard ZUP, working with extensions, subscriptions, regulatory and background processing, SKD, and queries.
- •Experience with integrations via HTTP/REST, web services, files, and exchanges between ZUP and Accounting.
- •Ability to understand legislative changes and quickly adapt calculations to new rules.
- •Ability to adapt company needs to implemented mechanisms of standard solutions.
- •Will be a plus: Experience in migration or centralization projects of ZUP.
- •Experience with ZUP in specific localizations (Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan).
- •Knowledge of the presentation subsystem in ZUP, calculation mechanisms, and data retrieval specifics.
- •Experience with RLS, complex access rights, and performance roles.
- •Understanding of the accounting framework at a confident user level.
