What you'll do

  • โ€ขIssue and manage ad accounts, handle appeals, track status and spend, and complete verifications via ID.
  • โ€ขResolve account issues (bans, unblocks, proxy errors) and keep clients informed.
  • โ€ขIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, help retain existing clients.
  • โ€ขMonitor patterns in account performance and client behavior, highlight insights that can improve the product or processes.
  • โ€ขCollaborate closely with other departments.
