Our ad products β€” including Quests, Bounties, and Video Quests β€” are built around action and participation, not passive impressions. We're in an exciting phase of scaling our advertising business, and the AMs on this team aren't just executing campaigns β€” they're shaping how we show up for advertisers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • β€’Own a portfolio of advertisers across cross-platform and mobile gaming, mobile, or gaming adjacent β€” managing relationships end-to-end from campaign kickoff through renewal
  • β€’Analyze campaign performance data to surface insights, identify optimization opportunities, and build wrap reports that connect results to client business goals
  • β€’Drive revenue growth through proactive mid-flight and post-campaign upsell motions, setting up your AE partner to close the next investment
  • β€’Lead client-facing touchpoints, including kickoffs, check-ins, and business reviews β€” with the confidence to present data and earn the next buy
  • β€’Manage the full campaign execution lifecycle: media plan builds in Ads Manager, asset submission, pre-launch QA, pacing, and escalation
  • β€’Coordinate mobile measurement setup with MMP partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and serve as the technical point of contact for attribution
  • β€’Maintain accurate Salesforce records β€” line items, media plans, call notes, and pipeline updates β€” in partnership with your AE

Conditions

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $202,000 + equity + benefits.

  • β€’Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • β€’Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the On Target Earnings and do not include equity, or benefits.

What you should have

  • β€’4+ years of experience in digital advertising in an account management, client success, or campaign management role (platform or agency-side)
  • β€’Strong analytical skills β€” you can calculate CPI, ROAS, CPM, and pacing variance accurately, and translate numbers into a clear client narrative
  • β€’Demonstrated track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them β€” you can point to specific upsell or expansion wins
  • β€’Experience with performance advertising, mobile gaming, or app install campaigns
  • β€’Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), ad platforms, and campaign reporting dashboards
  • β€’Clear, confident communicator β€” you can run a QBR, write a wrap report that closes the next deal, and manage client expectations under pressure
  • β€’Organized and process-driven; you build repeatable systems and flag issues before clients do
  • β€’Experience working with advertising agencies or resellers β€” you understand how to manage indirect relationships, support agency partners through campaign execution, and navigate multi-stakeholder deals where the agency is the day-to-day contact
  • β€’Background in programmatic account management or technical account management β€” familiarity with DSPs, PMPs, deal IDs, and/or auction dynamics, and comfort being the technical point of contact for programmatic buyers or partners
