Accountant – Cyprus Entity & Payroll

We are hiring a mid-level Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting and payroll for our Cyprus entity in a growing IT SaaS company. This role ensures financial integrity and compliance while working with a collaborative international team. We are looking for a mid-level Accountant to manage the full-cycle accounting for our SaaS Cyprus entity and oversee payroll for our employees and contractors.

• •Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for the Cyprus entity in Xero accounting software, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end close.
• •Prepare and file VAT, VIES returns and other statutory filings in line with Cyprus tax requirements.
• •Liaise directly with external auditors, providing documentation and support throughout the annual audit process.
• •Process monthly payroll for employees and contractors (approx. 45 headcount), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• •Ensure payroll compliance with Cyprus labor law, social insurance, and tax withholding requirements.
• •Ensure accuracy and completeness of transfer pricing documentation in line with statutory requirements.
