## What you'll do

• •Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with Japanese accounting standards.
• •Regularly reconcile exchange accounts, bank accounts, crypto wallets, and general ledger.
• •Manage the accounting and reporting of cryptocurrency transactions.
• •Develop and maintain internal controls and assist with audits.
• •Provide financial analysis and insights into cost-saving opportunities.
• •Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
• •Handle tax-related matters including preparation and filing of tax returns.
• •Collaborate with the global finance team and other departments.

• •Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• •4–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
• •Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
• •Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• •Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
