Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

**Education:**

  • β€’BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.

**Certification:**

  • β€’CPA license or eligibility preferred.

**Experience:**

  • β€’Minimum 3–5 years in public accounting or industry accounting function.
  • β€’Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting.
  • β€’Familiarity with tools like Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, Concur is a plus.

**Skills:**

  • β€’Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • β€’Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • β€’Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

**Skills Expected upon Hire:**

  • β€’Entry Level Skills: Proficiency in handling complex accounting tasks, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • β€’Intermediate Skills: Ability to create a wide range of asset and liability reconciliation schedules, assemble complete financial statements with minimal supervision, and suggest journal entries with complete supporting schedules.
