Requirements
Qualifications
**Education:**
- β’BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
**Certification:**
- β’CPA license or eligibility preferred.
**Experience:**
- β’Minimum 3β5 years in public accounting or industry accounting function.
- β’Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting.
- β’Familiarity with tools like Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, Concur is a plus.
**Skills:**
- β’Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- β’Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- β’Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
**Skills Expected upon Hire:**
- β’Entry Level Skills: Proficiency in handling complex accounting tasks, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
- β’Intermediate Skills: Ability to create a wide range of asset and liability reconciliation schedules, assemble complete financial statements with minimal supervision, and suggest journal entries with complete supporting schedules.
