Responsibilities
- •Support day-to-day accounting operations for nonprofit clients, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- •Assist with fund accounting, including tracking restricted and unrestricted funds and supporting grant and donor reporting.
- •Prepare and review financial reports for internal use and client stakeholders.
- •Support year-end processes, including audit preparation and coordinating requests with auditors.
- •Assist with process improvements and help implement best practices across client engagements.
- •Work within accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Intacct) and support data accuracy and reporting needs.
- •Communicate with clients to gather information, resolve basic issues, and provide status updates.

Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- •3–6+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to nonprofit / fund accounting.
- •Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- •Familiarity with fund accounting concepts (restricted vs. unrestricted funds, grants, donor reporting).
- •Experience working in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Blackbaud Financial Edge and Raisers Edge, Bill.com, Expensify, Concur, ADP, and/or Gusto.
