What you'll do
- •Oversee monthly close activities for global intercompany transactions.
- •Partner with Tax, Treasury, and Legal for intercompany agreements.
- •Manage global processes for intercompany billing and FX analysis.
- •Lead SOX-compliant internal controls design and implementation.
- •Collaborate with Finance Data and Engineering for data issues.
- •Prepare audit schedules and support audits.
- •Support GL-related projects and team leadership.

Requirements
- •CPA required.
- •6+ years in Finance/Accounting, 2+ years in leadership.
- •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- •Knowledge of U.S.
GAAP and Internal Controls.
- •Experience with SOX 404 implementation.
- •Project management and systems implementation experience.
- •Experience in FinTech or Crypto industry preferred.
