Description
What you'll do
- •Manage and execute complex accounting and advisory engagements for diverse clients.
- •Review financial statements, journal entries, and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- •Assist with client onboarding and relationship management.
- •Oversee work performed by Associates and provide coaching and feedback.
- •Perform technical research and draft clear, concise memos.
- •Identify opportunities to expand services and add value for clients.
- •Utilize ERP systems and accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite).
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Conditions
- •Work setup: Fully Remote.
- •Hours (to ensure overlap hours with the global team): PHT 1:00 am (PHT) to 7:00am (PHT) and noon (PHT) till 2:00pm (PHT).
- •The candidate may be required to work one weekend per month. In such cases, two weekdays off will be provided to ensure a balanced schedule.
Requirements
- •Education: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- •Certification: CPA license or eligibility preferred.
- •Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in public accounting or industry accounting function.
- •Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting.
- •Familiarity with tools like Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, Concur is a plus.
- •Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- •Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
