• •Own the monthly accounting close for Brazil, coordinating all stakeholders to deliver an accurate, reviewed, and on-time close.
• •Review and challenge accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and manual journals to ensure quality before they reach the general ledger.
• •Lead balance sheet, flux, and variance analyses, providing reliable financial information that enables FP&A, Tax, and Finance leadership to confidently use the reported numbers.
• •Coordinate internal and external accounting partners, including BPO providers, validating their deliverables and resolving discrepancies rather than applying temporary fixes.
• •Strengthen accounting controls, standardize close processes, and drive automation initiatives that reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.
