What you'll do

  • •Performing accounts payable duties across all entities within the Group.
  • •Processing invoices for the Group.
  • •Acting as the finance point of contact for all invoice, expense, and payment queries.
  • •Reconciling the accounts payable ledger.
  • •Invoice matching in Bank.
  • •Automating AP processes to aid accuracy, payment on time, and smoother Month End Close.
  • •Processing employee expenses.
  • •Managing AP systems (Net Suite, Approval Max, Zone OCR).
  • •Ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • •3 years of proven working experience in an accounts payable function within a fast-paced environment.
  • •Ability to work independently and own end-to-end processes.
  • •Understanding of accounting payable and bookkeeping principles.
  • •Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • •Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • •Data entry skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
  • •Net Suite experience.
