Description
What you'll do
- β’Act as dedicated point-person for ad networks: negotiations, SDK rollouts, priority deals
- β’Analyze weekly revenue metrics and recommend optimisation experiments (waterfalls, bidding, etc.)
- β’Scout and pilot new networks (offer walls, niche RTB)
- β’Work with product teams to understand and optimise ad monetisation tradeoffs vs. other revenue (subscription, IAP) and user experience (engagement, retention)
- β’Conduct regular audits of fill rates, completion rates, and eCPMs, and proactively escalate and respond to negative trends
- β’Improve eCPMs by learning more about our users
- β’Mentor in-house product, design, and engineering teams on best practices, tooling, and vendor management
Requirements
- β’Proven (ideally 3+ years) track record in mobile ad-ops for games and/or consumer apps with significant programmatic ad revenue and DAU
- β’Deep understanding of mediation platforms (Unity LevelPlay, AppLovin MAX, and Google AdMob)
- β’Strong analytical toolkit (Excel, SQL, Looker)
- β’Up-to-date on privacy regs (GDPR, ATT)
- β’A network of contacts at ad networks and programmatic partners
