## What you'll do

• •Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on ads.x.com
• •Conduct A/B testing for texts, creatives, audiences, offers, and bids
• •Scale effective strategies and disable ineffective ones
• •Monitor and analyze key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion
• •Manage budgets based on efficiency
• •Set tasks for creatives, collaborate with designers and copywriters
• •Work with landing pages alongside CRO specialists
• •Provide regular reports with conclusions and recommendations

• •Knowledge of community management principles
• •Experience in fintech, Web3, or B2B
• •Native proficiency in Russian
• •High self-organization and ability to work autonomously in a remote team
