Description
What you'll do
The role involves:
- •Searching and connecting new offers - partnerships and direct advertisers in Finance
- •Negotiating and closing deals in key GEOs: Russia, USA, Mexico, Philippines, Vietnam, India
- •Securing the best terms - increased CPA rates, exclusives, private offers
- •Finding additional traffic monetization points
- •Analyzing competitors and identifying growth points in each GEO
- •Working with metrics, optimizing offers, participating in creative tests
- •Collaborating closely with buyers and analytics to achieve target KPIs

Requirements
We expect:
- •3+ years of experience in CPA / Affiliate marketing, specifically in Fintech
- •Understanding of MFO, PDL, credit offers
- •Skills in active partner search and negotiation
- •Experience working with international GEOs
- •Ability to work with data - Google Sheets, BI tools
- •English B2+, other languages are a plus
- •Direct contacts in CPA networks or advertisers in the West are a big advantage
