## What you'll do

• •Develop and scale affiliate traffic in priority markets, including Turkey.
• •Build and manage a partner network: webmasters, media buying teams, affiliate networks.
• •Establish a system for evaluating traffic quality and partner effectiveness.
• •Achieve and meet KPIs: FTD, cFTD, ROAS.
• •Negotiate with key partners and make agreements.
• •Search for new acquisition channels and growth points.
• •Analytics, reporting, forecasting.
