Responsibilities
- •Search and attract new webmasters and partners (Geo: CIS, priority — RU market);
- •Work with the existing partner base: development, retention, scaling;
- •Analyze the quality and effectiveness of traffic, collaborate with analytics;
- •Connect, support, and optimize partners in the tracker;
- •Control KPI fulfillment by partners;
- •Scale successful traffic sources;
- •Monitor the market, competitors, and offers;
- •Participate in industry conferences and offline meetings (2–3 times a year);
- •Main traffic sources: SEO, Telegram, Email.

Requirements

- •Skills in traffic analytics and working with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.);
- •Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships;
- •Independence, result orientation, proactivity.
