Overview
Join an international iGaming brand as an Affiliate Manager to develop and grow the Uzbekistan market. Fluent Uzbek is mandatory. We are an international iGaming brand expanding into new markets and are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and grow the Uzbekistan market.
Responsibilities
- •Search for, onboard, and develop affiliate partners and webmasters in Uzbekistan
- •Grow and scale the affiliate network within the GEO
- •Manage the full affiliate lifecycle: partner search, negotiations, onboarding, launches, and relationship management
- •Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid partnership models
- •Analyze traffic performance: FTDs, deposits, ROI, retention, and overall partner profitability
- •Optimize and scale high-performing partners and traffic sources
- •Monitor the local market, competitors, and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements
- •Fluent Uzbek (mandatory)
- •Strong understanding of the Uzbekistan market and local audience
- •Proven experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing
- •Experience working directly with affiliates/webmasters and managing partnerships
- •Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- •Ability to analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions
- •Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- •English at a working level
