Responsibilities
- •Connecting and developing webmasters, arbitrage teams, SEO
- •Launching and scaling traffic (RU, UZ, CIS, Tier-1/3, Latam)
- •Quality control, anti-fraud, offer optimization
- •Analytics: ROI, LTV, CR, EPC
- •Working with Keitaro and BI
- •Interaction with product, finance, and support teams

- •2-3+ years in affiliate (iGaming/Gambling)

- •Experience with CPA/RevShare/Hybrid
- •Anti-fraud and traffic quality control
- •Russian (native), English (B2+)
- •Plus: connections with arbitrage teams, understanding of retention/CRM
