Affiliate Manager (Crypto)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and develop long-term partnerships in the crypto space. This role involves optimizing existing partner relationships and onboarding new affiliates.

• •Build and develop long-term partnerships with webmasters, handle objections;
• •Control, analyze, and optimize the existing partner base;
• •Manage incoming traffic and onboard new affiliates;
• •Network at online and offline events to sell the company's unique selling propositions to partners;
• •Study traffic sources of webmasters, select and sell corresponding offers for traffic monetization;
• •Set up and monitor the functionality of postbacks;
• •Maintain reporting.

• •Experience in Affiliate programs;
• •Understanding of CPA network specifics and partner programs, principles of working with partners, types of crypto traffic sources;
• •Excellent communication skills: articulate speech, ability to quickly find common ground with partners and build productive and friendly relationships, resolve conflicts and handle objections;
• •Ability to collect and analyze key statistical metrics;
• •Knowledge of the market, target audience, client types, and competitors.
