Description

What you'll do

  • Search, connect, and manage affiliate partners.
  • Develop the affiliate base and reactivate current/old partners.
  • Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
  • Negotiate rates, caps, holds, KPIs, payments, and individual terms.
  • Control traffic quality: fraud, bot traffic, fake registrations, low-quality FTD, multi-accounting.
  • Analyze metrics: FTD, Reg2Dep, CR, ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, ARPU, retention.
  • Work with trackers, postbacks, S2S tracking, affiliate links, UTM.
  • Work with sources: SEO, PPC, FB, Telegram, ASO, In-App, Push, Email, Influencers, media buying.
  • Prepare reports on partners, GEO, sources, and effectiveness.
  • Interact with risk/finance/product/retention teams on disputed cases and traffic quality.
  • Participate in the development of the affiliate program, terms, offers, and anti-fraud approach.

Requirements

  • Experience in affiliate marketing / iGaming / casino for at least 4 years.
  • Experience on the direct advertiser side or strong affiliate network is a plus.
  • Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
  • Ability to attract and develop partners, not just support existing ones.
  • Experience with FTD, ROI, NGR, CR, LTV, and traffic quality.
  • Understanding of postbacks / S2S / tracking links / UTM.
  • Ability to identify fraudulent, motivated, and low-quality traffic.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with partners.
  • English for communication with international partners.
