What you'll do
- •Primarily responsible for answering users' questions and providing timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience.
- •Possess a solid understanding of referral and rebate mechanisms to assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering their inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups.
- •Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies.
- •Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.
- •Continuously explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and other opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and growth. (Potential opportunity to transition into a Business Development or Operations role.)
