About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to manage and grow long-term relationships with key affiliates and channel partners across global markets. This role is not focused on cold acquisition or aggressive business development. Instead, the ARM acts as a strategic partner manager responsible for affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship stability, and risk awareness. The ideal candidate understands the crypto/FX affiliate ecosystem deeply, is highly relationship-oriented, commercially sensitive, and capable of balancing growth with compliance and platform interests.

Responsibilities

  • โ€ขManage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners
  • โ€ขDrive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution
  • โ€ขMonitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities
  • โ€ขHandle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations
  • โ€ขCollaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
  • โ€ขDesign and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates
  • โ€ขAnalyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiency
  • โ€ขIdentify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources
  • โ€ขMaintain strong market awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends
  • โ€ขSupport affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development

Requirements

Industry Experience

  • โ€ขExperience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries
  • โ€ขFamiliar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms
  • โ€ขExperience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management
  • โ€ขStrong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems

  • โ€ขStrong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
  • โ€ขAbility to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism
  • โ€ขGood analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends
  • โ€ขCommercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns
  • โ€ขStrong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities
  • โ€ขCross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred
