- •Develop long-term relationships with existing partners and enhance their effectiveness.
- •Analyze traffic quality, key KPIs, and identify growth points.
- •Monitor team performance against targets and develop the affiliate channel.
- •Research the market, monitor competitors, and find new scaling opportunities.

Requirements
- •Experience as an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Team Lead in iGaming for at least 1 year.
- •Practical experience working with Asian markets.
- •Having a personal database of partners and experience in developing an affiliate network is an advantage.
- •Leadership qualities and team management experience.
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- •English language proficiency (B1) and above.
