Overview
MST is looking for an AI Avatar Creator to develop recognizable AI characters and automate content generation for mobile subscription apps in the US and Europe. MST is a product holding company creating its own mobile subscription applications. Our products operate in the US and European markets.
What You Will Do
- •Create recognizable AI characters from scratch and maintain consistency across videos without 'AI traces'.
- •Build an automated pipeline: set up auto-posting and connections to generate and upload content without human involvement.
- •Take full responsibility for results: independently devise scenarios/hooks and manage accounts, warming them up and avoiding bans.
- •Convert views into business metrics (growth in organic reach and app downloads is important to us).

Who We Are Looking For
- •Experience in mass production of AI avatars and process automation using ComfyUI nodes, custom LoRA, API hubs, and orchestration (n8n/Make/Python).
- •Real cases at scale: links to live channels with view counts, retention, and volume of video releases.
- •English language proficiency for content generation in Tier-1 markets.
- •Understanding of performance marketing: how to retain viewers from the 3rd second.
