Description
What you'll do
- •Develop legends and content plans, create photos, videos, carousels, reels for lifestyle influencers and financial topics for foreign markets.
- •Collaborate with the User Acquisition Manager to monetize audience accounts.
- •Build AI production pipelines and hand them over to juniors for subsequent control.
- •Create any content needed for the agency: creatives for uploads, videos/carousels for channels, AI actor circles for Telegram — anything required.
- •Test new AI tools faster than the market and implement them into processes.
- •Automate routine tasks to ensure the system works independently.
Conditions
- •Service contract, not employment.
- •Payments in crypto.
- •Full-time, only with us (no freelancing or parallel projects).
- •Fixed salary from $1,800 to $2,200.
- •After the probation period, 10% of the net profit from all projects in the direction.
- •Probation period — 1 month.
- •We finance uploads, tests, team, expenses, and everything needed for results.
Requirements
- •AI-native: familiar with and using current tools, including those we may not know (including for 18+ content).
- •Ability to build workflows, pipelines, and automations — API and no-code do not intimidate you.
- •Think like a builder: focus on speeding up production rather than just creating one beautiful video.
- •Very high work speed — this is a key requirement.
- •Understanding of foreign markets: trends, formats, audience or know how to understand them.
- •Bonus: ability to create creatives yourself or write briefs and manage a creative team.
