Requirements
- •Production experience with LLM / RAG / agents.
- •Experience with Voice AI: STT / TTS / real-time pipeline / streaming.
- •Knowledge of memory / personalization: long-term memory, user profile, context management.
- •Experience with fine-tuning / LoRA / quantization / vLLM / Ollama / self-hosted inference.
- •Familiarity with vector DB: Qdrant / Pinecone / Weaviate / Milvus / Chroma / FAISS / pgvector.
- •Experience with inference / latency / cost optimization.
- •Experience working with backend and infrastructure.
