## What you'll do
- •Lead the architecture design and development of the AI Agent platform.
- •Drive AI Native capabilities in engineering workflows.
- •Build the knowledge augmentation layer for the platform.
- •Establish the runtime and governance framework for AI Agents.
- •Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and operations teams.

Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.
- •8+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
- •Proficient in Java/Python with strong system design skills.
- •Strong understanding of LLM and AI Agent architectures.
- •Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- •Experience in designing RAG/GraphRAG/knowledge graph solutions.
- •Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
