AI QA Engineer (Voice AI)

Aspirity Solutions is hiring an AI QA Engineer to test voice AI agents, ensuring natural interaction and real-time processing.

## What you'll do

• •Test voice AI agents (real-time, delays, barge-in, noise)
• •Develop and maintain automated tests (API, e2e, Python) and perform manual testing of complex scenarios
• •Verify microservices interaction and real-time (WebSocket)
• •Test integrations and error handling (API, telephony, fallback)
• •Conduct negative testing (boundary cases, invalid data)
• •Work with bugs, quality metrics, and test coverage
• •Document results and test cases

• •Experience in testing microservice systems (auto + manual) for 2+ years
• •Proficient in Python (Pytest, Selenium, Requests)
• •SQL (Postgres)
• •Experience in API testing and CI/CD integration (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins)
• •Basic understanding of Voice AI: STT, TTS, VAD, barge-in, silence detection
• •Experience in testing real-time / WebSocket / asynchronous systems is desirable
• •Skill in finding unconventional scenarios (“breaking the system”)
• •Russian — native, English — B2
• •Experience working in distributed teams
