Description
What you'll do
- •Test voice AI agents (real-time, delays, barge-in, noise)
- •Develop and maintain automated tests (API, e2e, Python) and perform manual testing of complex scenarios
- •Verify microservices interaction and real-time (WebSocket)
- •Test integrations and error handling (API, telephony, fallback)
- •Conduct negative testing (boundary cases, invalid data)
- •Work with bugs, quality metrics, and test coverage
- •Document results and test cases

Requirements
- •Experience in testing microservice systems (auto + manual) for 2+ years
- •Proficient in Python (Pytest, Selenium, Requests)
- •SQL (Postgres)
- •Experience in API testing and CI/CD integration (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins)
- •Basic understanding of Voice AI: STT, TTS, VAD, barge-in, silence detection
- •Experience in testing real-time / WebSocket / asynchronous systems is desirable
- •Skill in finding unconventional scenarios (“breaking the system”)
- •Russian — native, English — B2
- •Experience working in distributed teams
