AI/SMM Specialist/Content Producer

• •Build content generation pipelines: from transcribing meetings and broadcasts to ready posts and Reels scripts using AI;
• •Gather agents for routine tasks: comment analysis, trend parsing, reach monitoring, reporting;
• •Write prompts that deliver results;
• •Manage strategy and content plans across all platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, VK Clips, and others);
• •Create texts, scripts, edits, covers, stories — partly manually, partly through automation;
• •Handle newsletters and funnels in bots, redirect traffic from social media to TG channels;
• •Perform analytics and weekly snapshots: what has grown, what has declined, what we change.

• •Fixed salary of 50,000–80,000 RUB + commission on sales with no cap;

• •Cases with numbers: points A and B, specific metrics or sales;
