- •7+ years in development.
- •3+ years of technical leadership.
- •Strong production experience.
- •Experience in architecture and system design.
- •Integration of LLM in production.
- •DevOps / CI/CD background.
- •Practical experience in AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium, etc.).
- •English B2+.
- •Nice to have: RAG / embeddings / vector DBs, Voice AI / multimodal systems, Agent orchestration, LoRA / fine-tuning, Startup / venture studio experience.
