What you'll do
- •Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment necessary for activities.
- •Ensure complete knowledge of operations and processes related to activities performed.
- •Check the availability of all necessary resources in the work area before starting activities.
- •Communicate to the responsible team any lack of materials, supplies, or technical needs.
- •Identify and report failures or irregularities in equipment operation.
- •Operate and monitor sewing machines and other equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and maintenance.
- •Promptly signal any deviations or problems identified in the production process.
- •Keep the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
- •Properly store tools and equipment after use.
- •Comply with internal norms and technical standards established for garment creation and maintenance.
- •Conduct quality inspections, checking measurements, characteristics, finishes, and other specifications of received or created products.
- •Rigorously follow the manufacturing processes and procedures defined by the company.
- •Execute all stages of transforming raw materials into finished products.
- •Attend to employees for adjustments, fittings, delivery, and receipt of uniforms.
- •Perform the finishing of uniforms and pieces when necessary.
