Responsibilities include
- •Developing, implementing, and maintaining AML/CTF policies, procedures, and internal controls for both the DCM and DCO, ensuring compliance with CFTC, FinCEN, and other relevant regulations.
- •Conducting periodic risk assessments to identify, assess, and mitigate potential money laundering or terrorist financing risks.
- •Overseeing transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, reporting, and proper documentation and retention of AML-related records.
- •Managing the KYC process and enhanced due diligence for high-risk participants, monitoring ongoing customer activity for unusual or suspicious behavior.
- •Developing and delivering AML/CTF training programs and promoting a culture of compliance across the organization.
- •Serving as the primary point of contact for AML inquiries from regulators and law enforcement, and coordinating regulatory examinations and audits.
- •Staying current on regulatory changes and recommending updates to AML policies and procedures as required.

Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
- •2+ years of AML/CTF experience in financial services with exposure to derivatives, futures, or commodities markets.
- •Knowledge of CFTC rules and regulations applicable to DCMs and DCOs.
- •Strong understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, FinCEN requirements, and U.S. AML regulatory framework.
- •Experience with AML transaction monitoring systems and KYC/CDD processes.
- •Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- •Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with regulators, senior management, and operational teams.
