## What you'll do

• •Build and maintain Altitude's AML/CFT compliance framework.
• •Create KYB policies balancing fraud prevention with onboarding speed.
• •Establish transaction monitoring rules and escalation protocols.
• •Own regulatory relationships and reporting obligations.
• •Design policies for multi-PSP architecture.
• •Prepare for MTL licensing and evolving regulatory frameworks.
• •Work with legal on new stablecoin and crypto-asset regulations.

• •Deep understanding of AML/CFT legislation: US BSA/FinCEN, EU AMLDs, MiCA.
• •Experience building compliance programs.
• •Ability to think systematically about risk.
• •Comfort with ambiguity in evolving stablecoin regulation.
• •Prior experience in fintech, payments, or crypto preferred.
• •Strong written communication skills.
