## What you'll do

• •Support operational tasks across various business units.
• •Follow up on administrative, financial, and talent processes.
• •Coordinate with teams for smooth execution.
• •Organize processes in dynamic environments.
• •Ensure order and visibility in internal processes.
• •Identify and automate manual or repetitive processes.
• •Design and implement solutions using no-code/low-code tools.
• •Create workflows to enhance efficiency in finance, talent, and operations.
• •Propose continuous improvements to reduce friction and errors.
• •Document processes and build effective systems.

## Conditions

• •Experience in startups, operations, or consulting is a plus.
• •Participation in process automation is advantageous.
• •Analytical profile is beneficial.
