• •Prospect and evaluate new workshops to integrate them into the network.
• •Monitor compliance with processes and performance metrics of the workshops (SLAs, quality, service times).
• •Follow up on incidents and ensure the correct execution of services.
• •Establish constant communication with workshops to generate trust and continuous improvement.
• •Identify opportunities to integrate new workshops into the network and support their linking process.
• •Negotiate basic conditions and ensure the adoption of service standards.
• •Collaborate with other internal areas to implement operational and efficiency improvements.

• •**At least 1 year of experience** in operations, coordination, B2B service, supplier management, or similar roles.
• •Ability to **interpret KPIs and work with operational data**.

• •Ability to **negotiate simple agreements** without being in a sales role.
• •**Proactive, organized, and results-oriented** profile.
• •Desirable: experience or affinity with workshops, logistics, retail, maintenance, or services (but not essential).
