What you'll do
- β’Execute and monitor onchain transactions during Asia hours via Fireblocks or comparable institutional-grade custody products, including lending, borrowing, LP deployments, and staking across Solana, EVM networks, and alternative layer one networks
- β’Serve as a primary HK-hours operator for Galaxy's onchain positions (responding to health factor alerts, managing collateral, and initiating unwinds when required)
- β’Configure and manage protocol watchlists in Hypernative or comparable on-chain monitoring and threat detection platforms; design and deploy custom monitors (including LTV proximity, oracle configuration, yield spread alerts)
- β’Conduct due diligence on new protocols and yield opportunities prior to deployment, evaluating smart contract risk, governance structure, liquidity, and historical incident history; summarize findings and risk considerations for internal stakeholders
- β’Contribute to onchain infrastructure builds in collaboration with our technology team (including automation pipelines, webhook-triggered execution services, and new chain integrations)
- β’Maintain documentation of onchain positions, protocol configurations, and operational procedures
- β’Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
- β’Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
