What You Will Do

  • •Participate in the qualification of potential targets through strategic, operational, and financial criteria.
  • •Participate in execution phases via conducting due diligence, building business plans, and valuation as well as analyzing legal documentation.
  • •Contribute to the M&A strategy reflections through strategic analyses in connection with the Strategy and Innovation Department.
  • •Conduct competitive monitoring and market movement analysis in the Group's sectors of activity.
  • •Assist in preparing materials for the Group's bodies (Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Investment Committee, etc.).

What You Should Have

  • •Currently pursuing a Bac +5 degree in business school or engineering school, with prior internship experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate M&A.
  • •Mastery of corporate finance fundamentals, particularly valuation methods, and ability to build financial models.
  • •Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • •Proficiency in English.
  • •Excellent command of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial databases (MergerMarkets, Refinitiv Eikon).
