What You’ll Do
- •Operate at the intersection of hardware manufacturing and data analytics.
- •Pull from production systems (ERP, MES, QMS, inventory), build pipelines and ontologies in Palantir Foundry and Databricks.
- •Design, build, and operate production dashboards, pipelines, and quality metrics inspection-data analytics.
- •Hold a standing feedback loop with operators, manufacturing engineers, and program quality.
- •Investigate data quality and perform deep-dive analysis in SQL and Python.
- •Implement robust data-quality checks, validation rules, and automated monitoring.
- •Build AI-assisted analytics tools to reduce repetitive analyst work.
- •Lead data projects end-to-end and drive adoption of analytics tools.

Required Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- •4+ years in a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- •Experience with Foundry, Databricks, or equivalent.
- •Strong SQL skills on large, multi-source datasets.
- •Strong Python skills for data transformation and scripting.
- •Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
- •Ability to communicate plainly to various stakeholders.
