• •Regularly maintain and update employee records from an image perspective to ensure they align with the company's standards.
• •Deliver comprehensive training on image requirements, ensuring employees understand and adhere to best practices.
• •Evaluate and recommend image improvements based on employee feedback or company directives, and oversee the implementation of these changes.
• •Create and distribute detailed written materials and procedures that outline image standards and guidelines.
• •Organize and support sessions for presenting the company’s standards guide and facilitate practical workshops to reinforce image best practices.
• •Reviews and determines the approval or rejection of appearance change requests based on established criteria.
