Responsibilities
- •Team Performance and Quality Control:
- •Analyze team performance and collaborate with Team Leaders to take necessary actions (disciplinary, educational, etc.) for optimal results.
- •Review quality control reports and approve their submission to suppliers or the Purchasing department.
- •Stock Management and Reporting:
- •Monitor stock levels and weekly consumption reports, proposing measures to address issues and improve processes.
- •Prepare and improve the accuracy and relevance of reports based on management requirements.
- •Regularly communicate stock status to the Head of Appearance and propose solutions for challenges.
- •Process Optimization and Project Management:
- •Develop and implement new processes, enhancing digitalization and efficiency in workflow and stock management.
- •Initiate and lead projects aimed at improving employee appearance and department operations.
- •Approve and refine procedures to optimize department efficiency.
- •Cross-functional Collaboration:
- •Ensure studio operations remain unaffected by department activities or stock-related issues, proactively communicating with Studio Managers and relevant stakeholders.
- •Provide feedback on designs, procedures, and processes involving other departments, actively contributing to cross-departmental improvements.
- •Supplier and Procurement Oversight:
- •Identify and engage new suppliers, participating in negotiations to maintain high-quality services.
- •Escalate or resolve specific procurement-related situations as needed.

Candidate Requirements
- •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or managerial position.
- •Fluency in English is essential.
- •Proven experience in managing teams, monitoring performance, and leading improvement projects.
- •Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- •Experience in stock management, digitalizing workflows, and improving reporting accuracy.
- •Familiarity with the beauty or fashion industry is desirable.
- •Cross-functional communication skills, particularly in corporate environments.
