• •PhD or MSc in a quantitative field, with at least 5+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning, operations research, forecasting, economics, or similar fields.
• •2+ years of experience in people and project leadership in ambiguous environments.
• •Proven track record in developing solutions from initial idea to production.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• •Strong experience with Python in applied context.
