Description
Responsibilities
- •Independently lead end-to-end architectural projects: from business analysis and requirements gathering to design, solution defense, implementation support, and result control.
- •Design target architecture solutions in the domains of data, analytics, integrations, and AI/ML infrastructure considering the stack: GitLab, ArgoCD, k8s, PostgreSQL, Trino, Iceberg, S3, ClickHouse, Superset, DBT, Open Metadata, Dagster, Debezium, vLLM, Ollama, Langfuse, etc.
- •Analyze existing systems, business processes, data flows, and integrations; identify constraints, risks, technical debt, and propose development options, including migrations and decommissioning of legacy solutions.
- •Prepare and defend architectural documentation: C4 diagrams, ADR, HLD/LLD, integration schemes, data models, descriptions of flows, and non-functional requirements.
- •Ensure compliance of implementation with target architecture, engineering standards, security, reliability, and scalability requirements; assist teams in making technical decisions and removing blockers.

Requirements
Requirements
- •Experience as a Solution Architect / System Architect / Data Architect / Lead Engineer with independent management of technical initiatives or projects.
- •Ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions, decompose uncertain tasks, and bring them to a clear implementation plan.
- •Practical experience in designing application, integration, or data solutions at the contextual and component architecture level, preferably using the C4 model.
- •Good understanding of data platform approaches: DWH/lakehouse, ELT/ETL, batch/streaming, CDC, data marts, metadata, data quality, lineage, and observability.
- •Technological awareness and confident understanding of key technologies: SQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Trino, Iceberg, Parquet, S3, k8s, GitOps/CI/CD, orchestration, DBT, Open Metadata; experience with AI/LLMOps tools is a plus.
