Requirements
- •Expert technical knowledge of SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
- •Practical experience in creating Smart Forms, configuring complex business rules, extensions, and reporting (Jasper or HTML)
- •Excellent understanding of end-to-end field service business processes within the SAP ecosystem
- •Practical experience or strong understanding of SAP AI technologies (Joule, SAP Insights)
- •Knowledge of SnapLogic technology (or similar iPaaS tools) for monitoring and debugging interfaces is a significant plus
- •Experience with SAP Fiori technology is a big advantage
- •Fluent English for effective communication in an international team
