What you'll do
- •Define and drive the artistic vision, visual style, and creative direction for slot game projects.
- •Develop creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and art direction guidelines.
- •Collaborate closely with Game Designers to ensure visual design supports gameplay mechanics, game features, and overall player engagement.
- •Translate game concepts and design documentation into compelling visual experiences.
- •Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2D Artists and Animators, providing regular feedback, support, and creative guidance.
- •Oversee the production of 2D assets and animations, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency across projects.
- •Review and approve artwork and animations to maintain visual excellence and brand standards.
- •Work cross-functionally with Game Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders to align artistic vision with product goals and technical requirements.
- •Optimize creative workflows and establish efficient production pipelines.
- •Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game art and design.
- •Explore, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance creative production and team efficiency.
- •Ensure all visual deliverables are optimized for performance while maintaining artistic quality.
- •Support marketing initiatives by overseeing the creation of promotional and advertising assets.
- •Maintain high visual standards and ensure the final product is engaging, polished, and appealing to the target audience.
