Overview
Heatherglade is looking for an Art Lead to manage a team of artists and contribute to mobile idle projects with over 50 million players worldwide. Full-time remote position. Heatherglade is an international game studio. We develop our own mobile idle projects with an audience of 50+ million players. Our employees work from different countries around the world. The team consists of over 40 people. Due to team expansion, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Art Lead, who will be responsible for developing the product artists department.
What you'll do
- •Manage a team of 2D artists, UI/UX designer, and AI specialists;
- •Participate in product meetings and discussions on project development;
- •Set and distribute tasks, control deadlines and results;
- •Prepare and update art guides;
- •Ensure the quality of visual materials and provide constructive feedback;
- •Interact with animators and other members of the product team;
- •Ensure stylistic consistency of game projects;
Conditions
- •Fully remote work format;
- •5/2 schedule, full-time;
- •Vacation: 28 working days;
- •Compensation of 50% of the cost of relevant training and English language courses;
