BCD Travel is looking for a Senior Travel Advisor to manage travel requests and ensure compliance with company policies.

• •Process and follow up on quotes, reservations, issuances, confirmations, and modifications requested by clients through established channels.
• •Comply with service conditions and follow established parameters, procedures, instructions, tools, applications, and response times for each client.
• •Serve clients using BCD Travel's established service protocols to ensure service standards.
• •Act as a communication channel between suppliers and clients to guide them during service delivery or in case of any issues.
• •Monitor the timely application of client benefits such as upgrades, waivers, reward ticket redemption, and commercial agreements with airlines, among others, and register them in the designated tool.
• •Apply unused tickets according to the established policy for each client and update them in the assigned platform for tracking.
