Description
What you'll do
As an ASO Manager, you will:
- •Develop and implement ASO strategies for mobile games.
- •Conduct in-depth keyword research and semantic clustering.
- •Optimize metadata.
- •Plan and conduct A/B tests for store assets.
- •Improve conversion rates and drive organic growth.
- •Monitor keyword rankings and competitors.
- •Collaborate with UA, Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
- •Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- •3+ years of ASO experience in mobile apps or games.
- •Deep understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking factors.
- •Experience with ASO tools (AppTweak / ASOdesk).
- •Hands-on experience with A/B testing in stores.
- •Data-driven mindset (confidence intervals, statistical significance).
- •Experience working with multiple GEOs.
Plus:
- •Experience with F2P mobile games.
- •Understanding of UA and performance marketing.
- •Experience with LiveOps projects.
- •Experience in midcore or casual genres.
