We are looking for an Assistant Manager β Digital/ Performance Marketing to drive user acquisition through performance marketing and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who can run biddable campaigns efficiently while identifying and managing high-impact partnerships.
What you'll do
- β’Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple ads, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
- β’Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- β’Manage day-to-day campaign monitoring, perform campaign RCA, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- β’Work with internal & external agency/teams to develop engaging ad creatives & copies.
- β’Leverage programmatic (DSPs) and affiliate marketing to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency.
- β’Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creatives & targeting approaches.
- β’Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic Direct partners to drive customer acquisition.
- β’Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives.
