Associate, Treasury Services

• •Initiate and monitor domestic and international wire transfers related to fund expenses, investments, and investor activity.
• •Perform verbal call-backs and other verification procedures in accordance with internal compliance and security protocols.
• •Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Investor Relations and Fund Accounting, to ensure accurate and timely money movement.
• •Assist with the setup and maintenance of wire templates and wire import files for large distribution events.
• •Reconcile outgoing wire payments for redemptions and distributions.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payments or instructions.
• •Support treasury and operations process improvement initiatives.

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• •0–3 years of relevant experience in fund administration, treasury operations, or financial services, preferably with exposure to alternative assets or digital asset funds.
• •Working knowledge of wire initiation processes and banking platforms.
• •High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow procedures consistently.
• •Strong communication skills, especially for cross-functional collaboration.
• •Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing numerous projects and clients.
